Hi there! I’m Oksana…

Although I was born in Estonia, I was raised in Washington state in the surrounding Tacoma area since I was five. The stunning landscape and beauty of the Pacific Northwest inspired me to learn how to use a film camera when I was in middle school, and from there the passion grew.

When I had my first child 7 years ago, I knew I wanted to create a unique photo experience that truly catered to a mom’s needs after the hardship of childbirth. I remember getting ready for our newborn session and being so stressed, having to figure out what to wear because nothing fit right and having to somehow find the energy to style my hair and put on makeup. Let’s just say, it was a miserable experience and the photos truly showed it. My mission is to care for every detail of the portrait making process, so you can have the energy and the room to connect with your beautiful family while I take the stress off and deal with the rest.

Besides all things motherhood, I now reside in Gig Harbor with my two children and my husband, our two cats, and our flock of chickens. I love life and finding joy in the little things, and I can’t wait to meet you and thank you for considering me to tell your story!
